Collin Sayles

Collin Sayles

Collin Sayles has taken a dual approach to his legal practice; he is a litigator at heart, tackling defense matters both criminal and civil alike. He has significant trial experience, having taken a wide range of matters to trial from misdemeanors to felonies of varying degrees.

His background in technology and computers has specifically allowed him to truly focus on the subject matters of computer crimes, white collar defense, and business tort litigation. In addition, Collin continues to routinely engage in all types of cases ranging from simple drug possession to more serious sex offenses.

Collin obtained his J.D. from the University of Idaho where he routinely maintained his position upon the Dean’s List. He was also a managing member of the Idaho Law Review. Prior to his time at the University of Idaho’s School of Law, he had previously obtained his B.A. in philosophy at Boise State University. Collin is barred in Idaho, Oregon, and with the United States Courts for the District of Idaho.

Having made the Treasure Valley his home for nearly twenty years, Collin is dedicated to providing zealous representation to every one of his clients. He has built his brand around this tenet and practices with it in mind. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, collecting pop culture memorabilia, enjoying the local outdoors, and traveling abroad.
