Erica Marshall is an associate with Hooper Mitchell & Associates. She is a dedicated criminal defense attorney and client advocate, always working hard to achieve the best outcome for her clients with an unwavering commitment to justice.
Erica has a law degree from George Mason School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, and dual degrees in Economics and Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University. Erica is licensed in the state of Idaho and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and a number of federal courts.
Erica launched the Idaho Justice Project in 2021, where she works with individuals impacted by the criminal justice system on policy issues affecting the state. She is a member of several legal associations including the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Idaho Women Lawyers, and a recent graduate of the Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers.
In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, trail running, hiking, and enjoying Idaho’s beautiful outdoors.
